The Absent Pony is a coffee trailer run by sisters Charlotte and Hannah Bootle.

Launched in 2024, it has quickly grown from its first base in Brockenhurst to a second site in Christchurch. More than just a place to grab coffee, the trailers serve as welcoming hubs where locals and visitors can pause, connect, and enjoy quality drinks, cakes, and light food.
